Bangladesh Red Crescent Donates $10,000 for Nepal Flood Relief

The Bangladesh Red Crescent Society has provided US$10,000 in financial assistance to support people affected by flash floods in Nepal.
On Monday (September 7), Barrister Abdus Salam, chairman of the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society, handed the donation cheque to Ghanshyam Bhandari, Nepal’s ambassador to Bangladesh, at the Embassy of Nepal in Dhaka.
The assistance was arranged by the society’s fundraising department. The contribution is expected to help meet the urgent needs of people affected by the floods in Nepal.
