Registration for 2027 Hajj to Close on September 24

Registration for the 2027 Hajj will end on September 24, and the deadline will not be extended, the Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced.

The ministry confirmed the deadline in a press release issued on Sunday (September 13).

The statement said registration began on July 27. It urged prospective pilgrims, Hajj agencies, banks involved in Hajj-related services and all other concerned parties to complete the process by September 24.

Bangladesh has been allocated a quota of 78,500 pilgrims for the 2027 Hajj. As of September 9, a total of 3,741 people had registered. Of them, 1,065 registered under the government programme and 2,676 through private Hajj agencies.
